6024-E-0004, The Ministry intends to establish an agreement with an Engineering Service Provider for professional and technical services for the assignment described in the RFP Documents. This Assignment includes the detail design for the realignment of a section of Highway 17 west of the Steel River Bridge. The scope of the design includes the addition of a westbound truck climbing lane west of the Steel River Bridge and a new snowplow turnaround at the west end of the project.
