Additional Bidding Instructions

This assignment is to retain two Service Providers (Prime & Alternate) over a 3-yr period in the West, Central and East Areas of Eastern Region. The Ministry will be awarding Retainer Agreements for 3 separate Geographic Areas within Eastern Region; West Area under 4024-E-0003/0004, Central Area under 4024-E-0005/0006, East Area under 4024-E-0007/0008. Respondents will be eligible for award of one (1) Primary Agreement and one (1) Alternate Agreement as outlined in the RFQ Retainer. The attached RFQ Retainer and RFQ Appendices are applicable for all 3 Retainers (West, Central, East). NOTE: Proponents only need to prepare one (1) RFQ Retainer Submission (4024-E-0003 - 0008) and one (1) Financial Submission (4024-E-0003 - 0008) and upload the same documents into each of the 3 Agreements posted(4024-E-0003; 4024-E-0005; 4024-E-0007).
