3021-E-0035 Property Appraisal Retainer
The Service Provider shall provide all services required to properly appraise land parcels in connection with Ministry construction projects and Land Management files. The report formats will be one of four standard appraisal report types in accordance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) standards: (1) full narrative, (2) narrative, (3) short narrative or (4) form report, depending on the assignment. The successful respondent shall perform all research, site visits, data processing and report writing, including all associated data verification at the land registry office, local municipalities and any other sources required to support the values arrived at and the completion of the final report. The appraiser is also to enlist the services of a professional planner and/or a business valuation expert where required.
