GWP 6104-17-00 Gull River Culverts Replacement. This Assignment includes the detail design and contract preparation for the Structural Replacement of the Gull River Culverts (Site No. 48W-0198/C0) on Highway 811, 17 km west of Highway 527. The assignment will follow under the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) ‘Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities, 2000’ (Class EA) process, and is classified as a Group C project at the time of project initiation.
