9024-E-0002   Provision of research, analysis and preparation of a Design Parameters Report consisting of recommended values for several highway design elements for a design speed of 140 km/h.
NOTE:  The Ministry will not be shortlisting Proponents for this assignment. All Proponents approved in the Ministry’s Registry, Appraisal and Qualification System (RAQS) in the Prime Specialty are invited to submit both Phase I and Phase II Proposals by the submission deadline specified in Section 1.1.
