2022-Z-0018 - To Provide Transit / Highway Engineering and Planning Services on Retainer

2022-E-0018 & 0019 - Issuing Section: Major Planning Projects - The Ministry intends to establish Retainer Services Agreements with up to two (2) – one primary and one secondary firms to call upon from time to time, depending on the Ministry’s needs, to provide the Engineering Services described herein.  In general terms, the project is to provide Planning and Engineering services , to the MTO, which likely will include several separate Work Items during a period of up to thirty six (36) months. A submission by a Service Provider is an acknowledgement that the Service Provider has the resources available for deployment as required within the allowed time frames.

Services include: Preliminary design, Detail design and planning; Contract preparation and updating; Traffic data collection and report preparation; Bridge/culvert rehabilitation, etc.

Please note RFP opportunities 2022-E-0018/0019 (Retainer Assignment 1) and 2022-E-0020/0021 (Retainer Assignment 2) are related.  Given the two opportunities have identical terms of references and requirements, proponents shall develop one proposal and submit the same proposal separately to each opportunity.  Evaluation and award for these two opportunities will be according to the procedure on page 27 and page 28 of RFP Addendum 1.  Please note one ESP can only win one assignment.
