Additional Bidding Instructions

All Proponents approved in RAQS in the Prime Specialty are invited to submit Proposals during Phase I. The Ministry will only accept proposals submitted through the RAQS ESP e-tendering portal. Guidelines for submitting an e-bid are available on the MERX website. The Ministry will complete its Phase I evaluation of Proposals, as outlined in Section 1.6, and will shortlist up to four (4) firms who will be invited to submit Phase II Proposals. The Proponents shortlisted in Phase I will be invited through the RAQS ESP e-tendering portal to submit Phase II Proposals.
