2021-E-0035 - Biennial inspection of 182 bridges and 74 culverts within Central Region.

Technical Proposal  (please try to accommodate at least 1 to 3 item in the RAQS).

1) The Ministry intends to retain two separate service providers for the 2 (two) 2022 Central Region biennial structure inspection assignments (2021-E-0035 and 2021-E-0036) of which this assignment is just one.  No one service provider will be awarded more than one Assignments in Central Region. Refer to Section "Overview, Intent of the RFP" at Terms of Reference.       
                                                                      
2) Only the firms registered in RAQS in the Prime Specialty “Biennial Inspection” identified in this Notice will be considered as candidates for the Prime Consultant position on this assignment.                   
                                                                                    
 3) The Ministry will not be shortlisting Proponents for this assignment.  All Proponents approved in the Ministry’s RAQS in the Prime Specialty are invited to submit both Phase I and Phase II Proposals by the submission deadline.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
4) For a firm to be considered for this assignment, the firm must have for minimum, the prior registration of their Core Plan and the Generic Category Plan for the Category where the Prime Specialty is located.
