This Total Project Management (TPM) Detail Design Consultant Assignments includes all project management for the detail design, and preparation of the contract package for the rehabilitation of the pavement and structures on the Highway 401 eastbound core and collector lanes between Victoria Park Avenue and Neilson Rd.
The scope of work will be based on the recommendations presented in the June 2012 Preliminary Design Report for the Strategic Rehabilitation of Highway 401
From Warden Avenue to Brock Road.

The scope of work also includes, but is not limited to:
• Development of staging to facilitate construction;
• Pavement evaluation and design;
• Repairs to existing drainage (CBs & sewers) as required;
• General repairs/upgrades to lighting (underpass and HML);
• Traffic modelling to determine impacts to traffic during staging;
• Protection/upgrading of existing ATMS plant;
• Upgrading of existing SBGR;
• Upgrading of existing traffic signals;
• Design for recommended operational improvements;
• Preparation of property request documents; and
• Construction liaison.
