This assignment is for the detail design, contract preparation and design support during tendering and construction for two (2) structural rehabilitation contracts of Highway 401 in the Municipality of Clarington within the Regional Municipality of Durham. The scope of work includes structural rehabilitation of the following:

• Highway 401 Highway 35/115 O/P (21X-0165-1/2)
GWP 2117-18-00
• Highway 401 Mill Street Underpass (21X-0193/B0)
• Highway 401 Foster Creek Culvert (21X-0492/C0)
This assignment includes: Advanced Traffic Management Systems, Bridge Engineering, Drainage and Hydrology Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental, Foundations Engineering, Highway Engineering, Pavement Engineering, Surveying, Traffic Engineering, and Constructability Review.
In addition to the main scope described above, the Service Provider shall undertake a preliminary design study for signalization of the Mill Street/Toronto Street/south ramp terminal intersection
