5019-E-0018 - This Consultant Assignment involves the preparation of one Section 25 appraisal report to estimate market value/compensation for a fee simple partial taking being expropriated from one improved residential/commercial property located on Highway 118 in the Geographic Township of Dudley, Township of Dysart et al, County of Haliburton.

The appraisal is required to complete expropriation of property requirements necessary to accommodate the rehabilitation of Highway 118 -00.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Prior to commencing any work under this contract, the successful Consultant will attend a mandatory Pre-Start Meeting with Ministry personnel on a date selected by the Ministry shortly after the award date in order to review the project, and the health and safety plan. This meeting will be held at the Ministry of Transportation, Northeastern Region office, in North Bay, Ontario at the discretion of the Ministry or by other form of contact as deemed necessary. At this meeting, the Consultant must be prepared to provide proof of insurance as detailed under Section 17 of the Letter of Agreement, and also review and sign acknowledgment of, and concurrence with, a Ministry Occupational Health and Safety Checklist.
