All Proponents approved in RAQS in the Prime Specialty are invited to submit Proposals during Phase I. The Ministry will only accept proposals submitted through the RAQS ESP e-tendering portal. Guidelines for submitting an e-bid are available on the MERX website.
The Ministry will complete its Phase I evaluation of Proposals, as outlined in Section 1.6, and will shortlist up to four (4) firms. The Proponents shortlisted in Phase I will be invited through the RAQS ESP e-tendering portal to submit Phase II Proposals.
